Terms of Service
Last Updated: October 2026
Welcome to Nails By Eshal · Nails Saloon. By reserving an appointment or subscribing to our membership programs, you consent to these terms of service.
1. Appointments & Punctuality
We allocate dedicated station time for each guest. We request that you arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled time. In the event of an unavoidable delay exceeding 15 minutes, your service may need to be adjusted or rescheduled to avoid inconvenience to subsequent reservations.
2. Memberships & Billing
The Glow Club memberships are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Membership benefits, including manicure credits and discounts, are non-transferable and subject to active subscription status.
3. Hygiene & Safety
Nails By Eshal provides a serene, non-toxic, and autoclave-sterilized environment. If you have active fungal or bacterial conditions on hands or feet, we may need to reschedule your service for your health and the safety of our staff and community.
